tik-kolo is a support system for TikTok creators that enables scheduling and automated publishing of videos to TikTok. The Service uses TikTok's official Content Posting API and Login Kit to provide these features.
3. User Obligations
You agree to: (a) comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines; (b) only post content that you have the right to publish; (c) not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; (d) maintain the security of your account credentials.
4. TikTok API Compliance
Our Service is built on TikTok for Developers products. Your use of tik-kolo is subject to TikTok's Developer Terms of Service and applicable API policies. We do not control TikTok's platform and are not responsible for TikTok's actions or policies.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, tik-kolo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
